1. Service Description
Zikir.com is a mobile and web application that offers users the ability to perform dhikr digitally, engage in spiritual practices, and participate in collective worship.
2. User Obligations
By using the service, you agree to the following:
- You are older than 13 years of age
- You will provide accurate and up-to-date information
- You are responsible for account security
- You will comply with laws and community guidelines
- You will not misuse the service
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Application content, design, logos, and other materials are the property of Zikir.com. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium features may require a subscription:
- Subscriptions renew automatically
- Billing continues unless you cancel
- Refund policy is subject to App Store and Google Play rules
- Prices may be changed with prior notice
5. Service Interruptions
The service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not responsible for such situations.

Mobile Application Policy

1. Application Permissions
The Zikir mobile application may request the following permissions:
- Notifications: For Zikir reminders, community events, and progress notifications. Notification permission is requested from within the application.
- Photo Gallery: To select group and folder cover images (optional). Camera access is not requested, only gallery access is used.
- Microphone: For the voice recording feature (optional). Currently under preparation.
- Face ID / Biometric Authentication: For secure session management (optional, iOS only).
Note: The application does not request location permission. You can manage all permissions from your device settings.
2. Supported Platforms
- iOS: iOS 13.0 and above (iPhone and iPad)
- Android: Android 7.0 and above
- Tablet Support: Optimized for iPad
3. Authentication
You can log in to the application using three different methods:
- OTP verification with phone number
- Sign in with Apple (iOS)
- Sign in with Google
Session information is stored encrypted on your device. When the session expires, it is automatically renewed.
4. Automatic Updates
Minor updates and bug fixes can be applied automatically without requiring a store update. Major updates require an update via the App Store and Google Play.
5. Offline Usage
The following data is stored locally on your device and can be accessed without an internet connection:
- Daily Zikir targets and calendar data
- Language preference and application settings
- Last viewed Zikir, group, and live Zikir data (cache)
Features requiring an internet connection:
- Live Zikir sessions
- Group participation and messaging
- AI chat (chatbot)
- Notifications
- Profile and account management
- Synchronization of the Zikir library
6. Data Storage
- Local Storage: Application settings, daily targets, language preference, and cache data
- Secure Storage: Session tokens and sensitive credentials
- Server-Side: User profile, Zikirs, groups, live sessions, notifications, and subscription status
7. In-App Purchases
Access to Premium features:
- Transactions are carried out via the App Store and Google Play
- Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the respective platform (Apple/Google)
- Subscription management is done from your device settings
- Purchases are linked to your account
Premium Features
- Creating a live Zikir session
- Creating a group
- Unlimited AI chat (free users get 1 per day)
- Access to Premium Zikirs
8. Notification Settings
When you click on a notification, you will be directed to the relevant screen (group, live Zikir, etc.).
- You can mark as read
- You can delete individually
You can completely turn off notification permissions from device settings.
9. Analytics
The application collects anonymous usage data for usage statistics and performance improvements. This data does not include your personal information.
10. App Uninstallation and Account Deletion
When you uninstall the application, local data on your device is deleted, but your account data continues to be stored on our servers.
To completely delete your account, use the Settings → Delete Account option. This action is irreversible and permanently deletes the following:
- Profile and account information
- All content and activity history
- Group memberships
